This season is already off to an exciting start at Motorcoach Country Club in Indio, California — one of the most exclusive luxury Class A motorcoach resorts in the country. With returning owners arriving and new buyers eager to secure their place before the season begins, the momentum across all lot types — Privacy, Water, and Golf — is stronger than ever.
🔑 Record-Breaking Sale of Lot 68
The season opened with a landmark sale at Lot 68, a transaction that exemplifies the strength and spirit of the MCC market. This property was originally designed by Unique Islands for what our own personal lot at Motorcoach Country Club, giving me firsthand insight into every detail of the buildout and its exceptional value.
When the sellers first interviewed me, they had been advised elsewhere to list in the low-to-mid $500Ks and to expect offers 20–30% below that. But with my background in Architectural Compliance and my partnership with Unique Islands, I knew the true worth of this property — and was confident we could achieve substantially more.
That confidence paid off. The sale of Lot 68 closed at a record-breaking price for a standard-size Privacy Developed lot, far exceeding expectations. The buyer, a long-time MCC member, has deep roots within the community — having previously owned multiple lots, served on the Board and Finance Committee, and with his wife co-chairing the Activities Committee for many seasons.
Both the buyer and seller were also Unique Islands clients, making this closing feel more like family than business.
✨ To the sellers: I extend heartfelt thanks for the trust placed in me to represent such a meaningful property. Not only did the sellers walk away with a record price, but they also saved thousands through my 3.45% commission, compared to the 6% they would have paid elsewhere.

SEASON KICK OFF
October marks the official countdown to Opening Week at Motorcoach Country Club, and excitement is building throughout the resort. Fitness classes resume Monday, October 27th, followed by two of the most anticipated kick-off events of the year:
🍷 Wine Tasting at Top of the Falls – October 27th (4–7 PM, RSVP Required)
🎃 Halloween Party at Top of the Falls – October 31st (4–8 PM, RSVP Required)
The Top of the Falls Restaurant officially reopens on October 29th, just in time to welcome everyone back for another incredible season of boating, golf, pickleball, dining, and community events under the stars.
