With over a decade of experience at Motorcoach Country Club, Carli Boosalis has cultivated a deep understanding of the resort's operations, architecture, and community culture. Starting her career in 2013 as an Administrative Assistant, she advanced to become the Director of Member & Guest Services by 2023, gaining comprehensive experience in maintenance, administrative duties, events, rentals, marketing, and architectural compliance

For 11 years, Carli partnered with Kerry Johnston, the previous on-site broker, leading marketing efforts, overseeing the website, and engaging in numerous sales tours. Her extensive historical knowledge of Motorcoach Country Club, combined with her marketing expertise and understanding of the resort's architectural history, makes her an exceptional choice for representing buyers and sellers in the motorcoach resort community.

As a full-time Indio resident, Carli is deeply invested in the local area. She and her partner, Kurt Hardin, Owner/Contractor of Unique Islands, own properties in both Motorcoach Country Club and Outdoor Resorts Indio, ensuring their connection to the community and lifestyle is both personal and genuine.

Licensed as a real estate agent in California since 2007, Carli has also completed numerous digital marketing courses and certifications, including the use of artificial intelligence in real estate marketing.

In 2025, Carli partnered with Darren Smith, the exclusive on-site Broker at Desert Shores Motorcoach Resort, to launch Indio RV Resorts, Inc. This new company specializes in sales at both Desert Shores Motorcoach Resort and Motorcoach Country Club, offering enhanced collaboration, marketing synergy, and cross-community exposure for clients.
