With over a decade of experience at Motorcoach Country Club, Carli Boosalis has developed a rare and comprehensive understanding of the resort’s operations, architecture, and community culture. She began her career at MCC in 2013 as an Administrative Assistant and steadily advanced through multiple departments, ultimately serving as Director of Member & Guest Services by 2023. Throughout her tenure, Carli gained hands-on experience across maintenance coordination, administrative operations, event planning, rentals, marketing, and architectural compliance — giving her a truly holistic view of how the resort functions from the inside out.

For more than 11 years, Carli worked closely alongside Kerry Johnston, the longtime on-site broker at Motorcoach Country Club, supporting marketing initiatives, managing the resort’s website presence, and participating in countless buyer tours and sales transactions. This experience gave her an exceptional foundation in both the sales process and the historical evolution of the resort — including how lots were originally designed, built, and developed over time. Her institutional knowledge, paired with her marketing expertise and architectural insight, allows her to guide clients with a level of depth, context, and transparency that is truly unique within the motorcoach resort market.

As a full-time Indio resident, Carli’s connection to the lifestyle she represents is both personal and authentic. She and her partner, Kurt Hardin — Owner and Contractor of Unique Islands — own properties within Motorcoach Country Club and Outdoor Resort Indio, allowing her to speak from lived experience about the communities, amenities, and day-to-day resort life her clients are considering.

Carli has been a licensed California real estate agent since 2007 and has completed extensive training in digital marketing, online advertising, and the application of artificial intelligence in real estate — ensuring her clients benefit from both traditional expertise and modern, forward-thinking marketing strategies.

In 2025, Carli partnered with Darren Smith, the exclusive on-site broker at Desert Shores Motorcoach Resort, to launch Indio RV Resorts, Inc. The firm specializes in luxury motorcoach lot sales across all three premier Indio communities — Motorcoach Country Club, Desert Shores Motorcoach Resort, and Outdoor Resort Indio — creating a collaborative, cross-resort platform that expands exposure, improves marketing reach, and strengthens outcomes for both buyers and sellers. Together, Darren and Carli are redefining what it means to buy and sell within luxury motorcoach developments through professionalism, transparency, and a shared commitment to client success.
