DESERT SHORES RESORT
Desert Shores is an intimate, low-density community with just 141 properties across approximately 60 acres. Its oversized lots, lakeside settings, substantial villas, and generous outdoor living spaces create an experience centered around space, privacy, and luxury.
The monthly HOA dues are $895. Dues include common-area landscaping, lake maintenance, community amenities, 24-hour security, lawn maintenance, and high-speed internet for each lot. Fees and inclusions are subject to change and should be confirmed directly with the Desert Shores HOA.
There are no additional monthly association fees. Each property has individual utility meters for electricity, natural gas, and water. Owners are also responsible for maintaining any private pools, spas, planters, and other property-specific improvements.
Property taxes are estimated at approximately 1.4% of the purchase price per year.
