Outdoor Resort Indio exclusively accommodates Class-A motorcoaches ranging from 30 to 45 feet in length. Coaches must have full body paint, except for stainless steel Motorcoaches.

What are the monthly Homeowners Association (HOA) fees, and what do they cover?

The monthly HOA dues are $670, which encompass common area landscaping, water feature maintenance, golf course maintenance, community amenities, security, lawn maintenance, etc.

Are there additional fees beyond the HOA dues?

There is an annual prepayment to the on-site cafe/ diner in the amount of $300.

What are the annual property taxes?

Property taxes are estimated at approximately 1.4% of the purchase price per year.
