After interviewing listing agents at Motorcoach Country Club we decided to go with Carli based on her knowledge of MCC and of understanding the value of properties there. We had first interviewed another agent who felt that our list price should be in the low to mid $500,000 range and to expect offers of 20% to 30% below the ask price. As a real estate broker myself, in another state, I did not believe this was a fair market value at all. After talking to Carli, learning her background and many years of sales experience at MCC, we decided to list with her. A very good decision. We ended up selling our privacy lot at the record breaking price of $750,000. Carli understood the value and was able to convey that to the Buyer.
