Motorcoach Country Club exclusively accommodates Class-A motorcoaches ranging from 30 to 45 feet in length.

What are the monthly Homeowners Association (HOA) fees, and what do they cover?

The monthly HOA dues are $760, which include, water, sewer, trash pick-up, 24-hr security, basic landscape, full access to all resort amenities at no additional cost.

Are there additional fees beyond the HOA dues?

There is an annual Food & Beverage Assessment for the on-site restaurant in the amount of $2,080.

What are the annual property taxes?

Property taxes are estimated at approximately 1.4% of the purchase price per year.
