It's been a while since my last market update... and from the number of people asking when the next one was coming, it sounds like you've been missing them!
While your inbox has been a little quieter than usual, things have definitely not slowed down behind the scenes. It's been a busy season filled with sales, new listings, and some exciting new projects.

That's right... I am officially Mrs. Hardin!
As I work through all the fun (and not-so-fun) paperwork that comes with changing my name, you'll start seeing my marketing transition to Carli Boosalis Hardin before eventually becoming simply Carli Hardin. Same person, same passion for helping clients, just a new last name!
Now... enough catching up.

Even though we're officially in the off-season, the market certainly hasn't gotten the memo.
Sales have remained strong for both the on-site sales team and me, proving that buyers aren't just shopping during the winter months—they're looking year-round. Serious buyers are still touring properties, writing offers, and closing on lots.
