WELCOME 2026 ✨- HAPPY NEW YEAR 🥂
I hope your holidays treated you well and that 2026 is already off to a wonderful start for you and your loved ones.
Since my last update, I’ve had the pleasure of bringing several wonderful new listings to market — including two brand-new listings at Outdoor Resort Indio, which also marks an exciting new chapter for me as I now actively serve buyers and sellers across all three Indio motorcoach communities: Motorcoach Country Club, Desert Shores Motorcoach Resort, and Outdoor Resort Indio.
I’m also excited to share that the new Indio RV Resorts website has officially launched. This site is not a replacement for my personal website ( www.IndioMotorcoachResorts.com), but rather our brokerage’s website — created as an additional resource for buyers who want a simple way to explore all current lots for sale across the three resorts in one place, regardless of which community they’re considering.
Many of you may not know this, but my connection to these communities runs deeper than just my professional role. My fiancé, Kurt Hardin, and I personally own properties in both Outdoor Resort Indio and Motorcoach Country Club, which gives me a lived, day-to-day understanding of what it truly means to own, use, and enjoy property in these resorts.
Combined with my 10 years working inside the on-site office at Motorcoach Country Club, and my partnership with Darren at Desert Shores, this allows me to offer something truly unique: a comprehensive, insider-level perspective across all three resorts — operationally, architecturally, culturally, and financially — along with the ability to market and position properties seamlessly across the entire Indio motorcoach landscape.
