Weekly Market Update
With today’s market numbers in, here’s your updated weekly recap. Since September 19, Market Watch has noted three new listings, one price reduction at ORI, and a reported closing at MCC. Today’s addition is MCC Lot 106 at $869,900. We’re tracking 168 listings across the three resorts—65 at MCC, 86 at ORI and 17 at Desert Shores, matching the September 18 total and resort counts. This week’s highlight remains my ORI Lot 250 at $99,000, and what its improved price means for a property with golf, lake and mountain views.

ORI Lot 250
My Lot 250 is offered at $99,000, following its earlier September reduction from $125,000. That is a $26,000 improvement in the asking price—20.8%—for the same golf, lake and mountain setting.
This north-facing lot on Tee Street overlooks the lake, arched bridge and fairway. An expanded paver patio, sun structure and two-part outdoor kitchen give you space to settle in and enjoy the view.
That’s the conversation I want to highlight this week: how the asking price, setting and existing improvements fit together. Morning coffee outside, lunch after a round, or dinner with friends—there’s already a place for that here.

Motorcoach Country Club: MCC’s latest count is 65, matching September 18 and up one from the September 24 snapshot. Lot 106, a developed waterfront property, was added in today’s September 26 update at $869,900. Earlier in the reporting period, Lot 120 entered Market Watch on September 19 at $599,000. Lot 348 was noted In Escrow that same day and reported closed in the September 24 update. Its final sale price and closing date are still awaiting confirmation.
Outdoor Resort Indio: ORI’s current count is 86, matching September 18 and one below the September 24 snapshot. Lot 395 entered Market Watch at $115,000 on September 19. Lot 70’s asking price moved from $35,000 to $29,000 on the September 22 update—a $6,000 reduction, or 17.1%.
Desert Shores Resort: The latest snapshot remains at 17. The dated entries reviewed for this recap contain no additional Desert Shores listing, price or sale updates.

Season is just around the corner, and the resorts are in the middle of their annual turf renovation. It may not look like it quite yet, but before we know it, the flowers will be going in, the grass will be green, and the coaches will be rolling through the gates. I’m ready for it!
