Friday Market Update
Happy Friday—and hello, October! We’re getting closer to the part of the year we’ve all been waiting for: cooler evenings, greener fairways and familiar faces rolling back into the resorts. If there’s a lot you’ve been keeping an eye on, it might be time to move it from “someday” to “let’s go take a look.”
There are a few fresh reasons to browse this week. At MCC, Lot 86 entered the market at $588,000, while Lot 374 made its debut at $1.4 million. Lot 106 is now In Escrow, and over at ORI, Lots 303, 125 and 158 have new asking prices—giving buyers another reason to revisit their favorites.
And this week’s featured property? MCC Lot 165, where the clubhouse is just steps away and your next gathering could be as simple as, “Come on over after dinner.” Let’s take a look at what’s happening—and where you could be spending the season.

Season is close. Use the activity—don’t overread it.
If you’re buying: A seller’s price reduction creates a new conversation, but the useful next step is still property-specific: compare setting, improvements, condition and the closest recent sales. At MCC, this week’s new listing entries also expand the range of choices at very different price points.
If you’re selling: With a broad selection of MCC properties to explore, buyers have plenty to compare. Presentation and pricing should make the distinctions easy to understand—especially before the grass is green, the flowers are in and the coaches begin rolling back for season.
